The Importance of Water in Health, Dieting and Nutrition
When you think of cleaning, what is the main ingredient that you use to clean with? Look on the label of any cleaning product and you will see that the main ingredient is water. When you bathe or wash you clothes, dishes, or your car do you use more soap than water? Of course not. When you hose down your driveway you also use water and a lot of it. It's natures' natural, abundant cleanser. Although, man has created additional cleansing agents to be added to water, for deeper cleaning, the primary solvent in the finished product is water.
Your body is made up of about 98% water. That water controls and enables all of the functions of the body to be performed and without it you are just a pile of mineral dust. Water carries everything to and through the body where it needs to be, as well as, flushing and carrying out the waste and disease matter so that the body will eliminate it through urine and feces. Again, it's natures' natural body solvent and cleanser. You can survive for about a month without food but, you can only live for about a week without water.
So many people today are concerned about their weight, whether losing a few pounds or a hundred pounds. What they don't realize is, is that most people carry around with them anywhere from 10 to 50 pounds of bodily wastes and the only way to get rid of that waste is to flush it out with plenty of water, fiber for the colon and moderate exercise. If you lose weight but don't clean out your system, then all you've done is compacted and concentrated the waste in your body. Cellulite, that hard cottage cheese looking stuff on your stomach and thighs, is a combination of fat and waste fluids that are trapped in the top surface of your skin, because of poor circulation, from lack of exercise, and insufficient water to flush it out of the body.
People wonder why they here so much about cancer and so many other diseases running rampant everywhere today. Because of eating more unnatural man made ingredients, like preservatives, modified oils and artificial colors, and not flushing them completely out of your body, they accumulate and mutate your body cells which in turn creates the disease condition. Therefore, poor

People take nutritional supplementation for optimal health and disease prevention. The body cannot eliminate waste with out sufficient water to flush and clean the pipes of the body out.
The body can not properly process and utilize nutritional supplementation without sufficient water. Therefore, without sufficient water you are not only allowing your body to retain its wastes, encouraging ill health and disease but, you are throwing away your money on expensive nutritional supplementation that can only be partially utilized without sufficient water. Water is imperative for optimal health and disease prevention. Its cheap and its the smartest thing you can do for yourself. Don't be foolish by avoiding the simplest and single most important health benefit that you can do for yourself -- drink water!
